Book an Appointment
You're in the right place for computer assistance. You can walk into the library or make an appointment.
1) Log into Navigate
a) You can do this by downloading it onto your phone (QR codes are on campus posters all over if you're here physically, or follow the instructions at www.chemeketa.edu/students/navigate/)
b) OR go to myapps.microsoft.com/, and on the Applications page, find the Navigate button:
2) Click on "Appointments"
3) Click on "Schedule Appointment"
4) Select the "Tutoring-Academic Support" Service Area
5) Choose between our 2 Tutor Appointment Types
There are other options within your Navigate appointment for you to customize, but here are two major notes:
If you can't find the course you'd like tutoring in on Navigate, we still want to help! Please contact us at <tutor@chemeketa.edu> and let us know what you're looking for. There may be a technical issue on our end that we can resolve or we may need to recruit tutors for that particular subject. Either way -- we want to know!
Whatever location you select, if you choose "Zoom" for your appointment, it will be a remote appointment.
Yamhill Valley Campus Student Computer Center (Building 1, second floor) - Hours
No appointment is necessary.
Polk Center has computers available for walk-in use or by appointment - Hours
Woodburn Computer Center (Woodburn Center, Room 101) - Hours
No appointment needed
