CINAHL, the Cumulated Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, is available on the library's database page. CINAHL indexes 1,200 nursing and allied health periodicals including fire science, emergency medicine, and biomedicine.
This self guided, interactive tutorial will take you through the basics of using CINAHL's Subject Headings search, limiting the results, and obtaining articles.
This tutorial works well with Chrome and Edge, less well with Firefox. It can be completed on a smartphone, but requires switching back and forth between instruction and database. A larger screen is recommended.
