Laptop Guide

• Summer term laptop check outs begin Thursday, June 5th, 2025
• To check out a laptop, you must be enrolled in classes for the term you would like to use the laptop
• Limited quantities are available and are based on a first come, first serve basis

• Chemeketa student ID is required for laptop checkout

Do you still need your laptop for next term?  Request a renewal. 

• Renewals begin Finals Week
• SUMMER TERM: You will need to come in and fill out a new Equipment Use Agreement for the 2025-2026 school year
• You must be enrolled in the term you are requesting a laptop renewal for
• Be sure to fill out all of the questions completely to ensure your renewal can be processed
• Due to staffing, renewals can take up to a week to be completed.  Once a laptop has been renewed you will receive an email with the new due date.

• Laptops are due the Friday of Finals Week (Summer Term- laptops are due the Thursday of Finals Week)
• Laptops should be charged and ready to turn on for staff
• Don't forget to bring the charger, laptop bag, and any other computer equipment
• Laptops CANNOT be returned to bookdrops
