How to checkout and return a laptop from Chemeketa during remote operation

General Information

You're in the right place to request a laptop.

  • To checkout a laptop you must be enrolled in classes for the term you would like to use the laptop
  • Winter term checkouts begin Thursday, December 1, 2022
  • Limited quantities are available and are based on a first come, first serve basis
  • Chemeketa student ID cards are required for checkout. Student ID cards are available through Student Retention and College Life Bldg. 2, Rms. 176-178

Salem Campus

  • Appointments are no longer needed for laptop checkouts and returns

Yamhill Valley Campus

Laptop Renewals

Do you still need your laptop for next term?  Request a renewal. 

  • You must be enrolled in the term you are requesting a laptop renewal for
  • Be sure to fill out all of the questions completely to ensure your renewal can be processed
  • Due to staffing, renewals can take up to five days to be completed
