Why can't I save an image in ARTstor?
You must create a free account and login to your account to save images in ARTstor. You can still search ARTstor without an account.

Why won't an image open when I click on it?
There are a couple of things that can cause this problem. The suggestions below fix most of them.

• For Firefox: see https://support.artstor.org/hc/en-us/articles/360021201754-Optimizing-your-browser-for-Artstor under the heading "Set Artstor as a Trusted Site."
• Use a supported browser. Those are listed at ARTstor Support: System Requirements.

Why can't I find the image I want in ARTstor?
Although ARTstor includes about a million images, not all works of art are included in ARTstor. Don't give up if you don't find a specific work on your first search, though! The search terms you use make a difference. If a work of art has more than one name, search for both, or try searching for the artist's name instead.
