When embedding an Academic Video Online video in a course on eLearn, you may find that the video only plays a short clip when accessed from off campus. The problem in that case is that the embed code does not include the proxy prefix. The embed code will include the proxy prefix if you access AVO from off campus to create the embed code, but you may have to clear your browser cache or use an Incognito/Private window to be able to see the correct embed code.
The alternative would be to add the proxy prefix (https://chemeketa.idm.oclc.org/login?url=) manually to the beginning of the URL in the embed code.
